Tray sealing machines

It is the complete program for sealing of compatible film to a prepared tray, with a possibility of modes: sealing, packaging into protecting atmosphere, evacuation. Each model can be delivered either in the standard version (only sealing) or in the V/G version (for packaging into protecting atmosphere and evacuation). Machines are able to use various tray types (PP, PET, PS, Alu, etc.) combined with suitable materials for sealing (scrolled on the reel). Cutting and sealing cycles are controlled pneumatically. All machines are produced from stainless steel and anodized aluminium and so they are suitable also for working in damp surroundings. When working with vacuum-gas equipment the operating capacity depends on a shape, material and dimensions of trays, characteristics and quantity of products and required vacuum degree.
