| 1966 | Hans Tielebier establishes V. Petruzalek GmbH in Vienna. He named the company according to his life companion Miss Vilma Petruzalek. Mr. Heinrich Steinfest becomes a chief clerk of the firm. |
| 1970 | Purchase of operational spaces in Vösendorf. |
| 1971 | The firm headquarters is transferred there. |
| 1979 | The firm Teich AG enters the firm as a limited partner with a deposit of 3.6 million ATS. Hans Tielebier remains a general partner with an interest of 0.4 million ATS. |
| 1985 | Change of the name to “V. Petruzalek Ges.m.b.H.” |
| 1990 | New management is designated with a departure of the director Steinfest. |
| 1992 | Beginning of a company expansion and the origin of the first 100% subsidiary company in Czechoslovakia of that time (Bratislava). |
| 1993 | After dividing of Czechoslovakia a distribution stock for Czech republic in Breclav arises. |
| 1994 | Opening of a branch office in Slovenia (Maribor). |
| 1995 | Since 1st January 1995 the firm Petruzalek have gained 60% of the ownership portion in the firm Hungaropack in Budapest. |
| 1996 | Opening of branch offices in Romania (Bucuresti) and Croatia (Zahreb). |
| 1997 | Increasing of the ownership portion in the firm Hungaropack to 70% and opening of a distribution stock in Prague. |
| 1998 | Beginning of new distribution centres building in CR, Hungary and Romania. |
| 1999 | Opening of a branch office in the Ukraine (Odesa). |
| 2000 | On-line connection of branches in CR and Hungary and a parent firm in Austria and conversion to a common invoice program. Establishment of a new branch office in Bulgaria with the name Bulgariapack. |
| 2001 | Connection of the branch office in SR to the common invoice program and building of a new complex of the subsidiary company Petruzalek s.r.o. head office in Breclav. Establishment of a new branch office in Bosnia-Herzegovina (Sarajevo) |
| 2002 | It was built and opened a new distribution centre in an industrial area at the edge of Breclav, with total area of 3000 m2. |
| 2003 | Sirap-Gema group purchases Petruzalek concern with all Europe branches. Petruzalek s.r.o. company celebrated 10-year anniversary of its operation on the Czech market at the end of year. Establishment of tenth branch office in Europe – Serbia (Belgrade). |
| 2006 | New organizational structure of Petruzalek group since 1st January, concentrating to three working groups – Central Europe (CZ, SK, HU), Balkan countries (SLO, HR, YU, BIH, BG) and Black See countries (RO, UA). Concern Sirap Gema buys Amprica group – significant Italian producer of transparent plastic packages for food. As part of Amprica Group was bought also company Inline focused on production of OPS packaging materials. |
| 2007 | Czech sales office Inline became a part of Petruzalek CZ since 1.1.2007. Establishment of a new branch offices in Turkey (Istanbul) and Moldavia – region Black See. 1.7. 2007 merger of companies Hungaropack and production plant Petruzalek Kft. By this step gained company first production factory Petruzalek. |
